All Cancellations will have to be done in writing to V.D.L.T.A.

Cancellations done with more than 7 days before arrival, will be total refund, less 10% for services.

Cancellations done up to 7 days before arrival, will have no refund. Alternative we can issued a credit note, and it can be used on future bookings up to 18 months from date of cancellation.
